- I don't have a route-what should I do?
First of all-it is essential to get one going now! We provide training and advice to get you going by laying down the ground work.
- What about retention-how do you raise the bar?
By combining customer service and a marketing plan that provides what we like to call stability insurance.
- On-site training, is it costly and what do you charge?
Simple put,it depends on needs and length of service needed. We offer training in the areas of management, marketing and maintainence for as little as $500 a day.
- How many days do you typically spend on training?
Anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks.
- RPI Membership--what is it?
Our online cost group has grown to 25 members and we monitor growth and your profit margin with our unique, user friendly data entry only available to RPI members. Also, we lock out your competition ensuring dedicated focus to your specific area. We also provide 2 days FREE onsite training with a yearly commitment.
- What is your ongoing coaching entail?
We can coach, consult you on a monthly basis for a small fee so that you have ongoing, quick and live responsoe to those issues that seem to "pop" up everywhere.
